I need to apologize to you with my behavior yesterday. Was having a bad day and with your response was thinking you were employed with Teamtreehouse.

Thank you for the time you spent trying to help me.

Everyone has a bad day and I could see you weren't very happy when you were writing, however you were still very polite, and I thank you for that. After working in support and IT for so long I tend to write very formal in forums by habit. I assume when you thought I worked at treehouse your first reaction was that it took 21 days for you to get a response, but only have them say to contact them again in different method, which I can understand the frustration. I was shocked that your questions/ posts went unanswered for so long, so I spent some time trying to answer and help out you and other students in same boat. I know it can be very hard to learn and finish course if your stuck or have a questions but takes weeks to get an answer.

Thank you for your very prompt replies, spending time getting these questions resolved, and letting me know of your experience at Team TreeHouse.

When I send to support my usual response is to post in the forum This was posted 21 days ago. Figured what I needed to do which was not in any video watched. Had to go into phpmyadmin wpoptions and change the dir there..

Thank you for your response..

Treehouse is great. Do see a lot of changes that need to be made. See a lot of comments where they have re-watched the video over several times without seeing the answer. A good thing to do is maybe create a reference button where it may take you to some text and explain the question. Also takes you back to the question where you do not have to answer all the question prior to the one missed..

Again Thank you for your response.

I was unaware they requested you to post it in the forums, it doesn't seem like there are any team treehouse moderators in the forums anymore. That's why I thought they want people to send to their support.

I sent them an email with the link to the problem and issue before I saw your post.

They also should have a feature request area of the forums so members can discuss functionality that should be added.
