Python

"terminals database is inaccessible" when clearing screen

Hi

I'm horribly noobish when it comes to stuff like this. I downloaded Sublime Text to play around with Python while I did the course here. When I execute a program in ST or in my terminal window I get a message saying "terminals database is inaccessible".

I think this happens when there's a clear screen command in the program.

I've read a ton of people talking about going to /usr/share/terminfo/78 and installing a xterm-256color file but after spending a million years finden that folder it turns out there's already such file in there and my computer won't let me change (delete or replace with the new file) it..

I would LOVE some help!
