Ruby Build a Todo List Application with Rails 4 Build a Todo List Application with Rails 4 Set up Git and Add Gems

Terminate batch file Y or N.

When stopping rails server,prompted with terminate batch files Y or N. I am not sure how to respond to this. I would greatly appreciate any and all help.

I would say YES every time. This simply means that some parts of the program are running from batch files, so if you're closing the server, you should probably terminate all of them if they were dependent.
