Icreated the triangle shape but when I want to add a ne anchor point using the "Add Anchor Point Tool", I am given this message: "Please use the anchor point tool on a segment of a path" - which I am of course doing exactle as demonstrated in the video. Any ideas? Thank you.

The pen tool should change a bit and have a + beside it. When you see that, click on the path and you should be able to add an anchor point. I hope this helps.

5,993 PointsDo you have the path selected before trying to add the anchor point? Also, maybe check to see that snap to grid is turned off?
