The challenge seems to be broken. Once I click preview or check work, the page lags and becomes unresponsive.

Once I enter:

favorite_color = 'Purple'

the buttons don't work properly, and the page lags.

using_variables.py

it seems the challenge doesn't like the Purple color, try to change it :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: just kidding
your code is fine there's nothing wrong with it, just try it again and it will work

UPDATE: Changed from Safari to Firefox, it works fine now.
