The Lake Tahoe page has a lot more content in the video than the content my index.html has...

Courses Plus Student 5,668 PointsCurrently a small warning will show up on the video whenever you need to relaunch your workspace in order to match the current contents. Then the only thing you need to do is to close your current workspace and open a new one using the link under the video.

There is usually a file that has the code for the beginning of the project and another that has the code for the end of the project.
Make sure you are downloading the file that has the code for the end of project.
You might have to look at one of the tutorials at the end of the course to find it.
