The control of the mouse/tools in this video looks almost... mechanical. Why?

Watching the movement of the tools in the video looks subtly different to the movements I make using a trackpad, trackball or mouse - a lot more controlled and smoother. It's as if they're mechanical or automatic in parts. Is this down to technique or something in the device or driver software?

Can you provide a link to the video?

My bad - I thought it got 'tagged' when asking the question directly from the video's page.

Watching it again, I wondered if a tablet and stylus was being used.

It should definitely get tagged when you add the question from the video page. I'll have to look into that. :)
