The demand of modifying the problem for two values is not shown in the tutorial?

I do not understand how to name the tuples?

you can name them by adding the name and a : before the type:

func greeting(person: String) -> (greeting: String, language: String) {
    let language = "English"
    let greeting = "Hello \(person)"

    return (greeting, language)
}
