The fifth question in this quiz is coming up blank for me

Hi,

there is no question or response options when I reach the fifth question in this quiz. This means I can't complete the quiz. It's happened twice while trying it.

I checked and the same thing is happening for me. I am using Safari at the moment. Strange, I think I completed this quiz fairly recently. You could try to use another browser and see if that gets you around the problem. Otherwise, you may have to wait for a fix.
