The file “playground.xcworkspace” couldn’t be saved in the folder since there already exists a file with the same name.

I have googled this issue online, seems like there are already some discussions about it and this post has a solution: https://forums.developer.apple.com/message/95139#95139 that works for many people BUT NOT for me ~~~
