"The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by checkout: package.json" What's going wrong?

C:\Users\Trent\Documents\Dev\Gulp\treehouse-gulp-basics>git checkout Stage1Video4 error: The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by checkout: package.json Please move or remove them before you switch branches. Aborting

I'm currently on Stage 1 Video 3 trying to switch to 4, but my computer is giving me attitude (message above). How do I switch? If it makes a difference, I'm on a PC.
