The gem install rake -v 10.4.2 is not working for me so it is not allowing me to bundle and start a server.

It gives me an error at every turn

same thing that happened to me, i had to re-download it and follow guide from this site if your on windows

http://www.installrails.com/steps/railsinstaller_windows

follow the steps and it should work
