The $http.get method returns a _________.

The correct answer to this question is "promise" but there's no mention of promises in either of the preceding videos, so how are we supposed to know the answer?

Hi there! The videos also come with links to the Angular documentation. It's always a good idea to check those for clues about something you feel might not have been stated.

Take a look at this documentation. You will have to scroll down a bit but under Methods and get you will see that it says the method returns an HttpPromise.

Hope this helps! :sparkles:

Hi Jennifer. Yes, it helps. I should have checked the documentation. Thanks, Sean.
