Additionally, I am noticing the page has to be completely full-screened as well.

10,658 PointsHave you tried using Canary, another version of Chrome. It solved many of my issues. Also has more dev tools.

17,230 PointsI would try updating chrome again/turning off extensions as I was able to open all without issue in multiple windows full or otherwise with Chrome version 38.0.2. I have noticed some extensions have caused issues when attempting to do treehouse code/workspace challenges.
