The 'Launch Webspace' link will not work if there is a # at the end of the page URL. Chrome 38.

Additionally, I am noticing the page has to be completely full-screened as well.

I would try updating chrome again/turning off extensions as I was able to open all without issue in multiple windows full or otherwise with Chrome version 38.0.2. I have noticed some extensions have caused issues when attempting to do treehouse code/workspace challenges.

I had the same issue in the latest release of Safari.

Have you tried using Canary, another version of Chrome. It solved many of my issues. Also has more dev tools.
