The main content for medium screens, there is a sec when the title of the 3rd part is not on its place. How to fix it?

When I style the medium screens there is a moment when the main heading of the column that is supposed to be on its own line is not position correctly. I am guessing is because the content is trying to style accordingly to the 2 floated columns, but I don't know how to fix it.
