The photos never appear after I try and drop them into my workspace. What are my possible solutions?

When I try to structure the image gallery in the HTML lesson, each time I try to drag and drop the image files, they never seem to appear. What are my possible solutions to get this to work?

On Windows, right click the project folder that's downloaded to "Downloads" in the File Explorer and click on "Extract files".

After I copied the images to my desktop and then copy them to my workspace it works just fine.

Are you dragging them to the correct area of Workspace?

Sometimes, you'll drag them to the sidebar but they are too far up on the sidebar.

Try dragging them a bit lower, towards the bottom of the sidebar, where you see the Upload prompt.
