The preview page does not update even though I have saved new work in workspaces??

I tried refreshing and it does not help. The code is correct.

Please post a fork snapshot. You do that by clicking the camera icon in the upper right corner of the Workspace. Create the snapshot, then open it to copy the URL. Paste that URL here.

Maybe try closing and reopening workspaces. I've only had this happening to me once, and that seemed to work

Tried that several times and it didn't help. Thank you

Hi :)

I hope you have managed to get going again from this as I received and answer request during the night which has left me unable to reply till now for which I apologise.

I could only advise as the guys have above, and that is to be sure all your files are saved and close workspaces completely then reopen workspaces.

If the problem persists it may be a good idea to try clearing your cache so you know the browser is getting a fresh look at your files.

It can be worth running your preview in a cache free version of your browser which if you are on chrome is Incognito, for me on windows you would open the webpage you want to view in Incognito Mode, copy the url, hit ctrl shift N, and paste the url in the usual area in the new Incognito browser window.

You can also get to this via the menu bars in the top right of the browser window, again this is for chrome.

From there if you still have no luck it can be worth letting treehouse know the issues directly via help@teamtreehouse.com

Again I hope you did manage to get going again :)

Tried the InPrivate browsing for windows - didn,t help. Not that familiar with chrome but will try the incognito mode. Thanks

Please post a fork snapshot by clicking on the camera icon in the upper right of workspaces. Create and open the link. Copy the hurl and post it here. There may be an error in your code that is actually causing the problem.

I got an error message when I tried to take the snapshot. Thanks

They just did maintenance on the site. Please try again.

Definitely would suggest clearing browser cache and cookies. Chrome Incognito mode is awesome for troubleshooting caching issues. To refresh normally on Windows is CTRL + R, but you can request a full refresh of all objects on a website by using CTRL + F5. You can also try it in another browser to see if you replicate and to rule out local DNS caching (checkout flushing your DNS cache if you replicate).

Hope this helps!
