The provided enviroment.yml file is out of date and no longer works.

The provided environment file doesn't work on Ubuntu on the latest version of Anaconda Navigator,

I ran into the same issue on Windows 10 as well. The enviroment.yml includes checksums for specific versions of the packages which are probably the OSX versions. Removing the checksums in a text editor fixes some but not all the errors, because not all packages have versions for every OS.

I've found the project will run just fine under the "base" environment which includes scikit-learn.
