The Question in my mind is badly worded and the video doen't really explain

...

I agree that the wording could be improved. The dismiss button isn't showing in the modal. Can you fix it? is all you need to worry about.

If you look in the app.js code you'll notice that the button gets created but is never appended to the modal. The placeholder text seems to work ok though, so that should give you a good idea of how to go about fixing it.
