PHP Build a Simple PHP Application Wrapping Up The Project Deploying The Site

The requested URL /<a target= was not found on this server. - Error when I try to go to my shopping cart link.

I get this error when I try to go to my shopping cart link.

The requested URL /<a target= was not found on this server.

Here is my php code.

I think the reason for the error has to do with the target in the anchor tag, but I don't really know what to do to fix it.

I don't think target="paypal" is a thing. You can use target="_blank", target="_self", etc. read more about the a target attribute here: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_target.asp
