It's as_view() not as_views() :-)

from django.conf.urls import url

from . import views

urlpatterns = [
    url(r'^$', views.ArticleList.as_view(), name = 'list'),
    url(r'^/(?P<pk>\d+)/$', views.ArticleDetail.as_view(), name = 'detail')
]
