the sidebar on workspaces is not letting me upload the images? any suggestions?

its doesn't even say anything like "upload files here." i try to drag the image folder into the sidebar, and release, and it just disappears.

What browser are you using? Also, what file type are you trying to upload to Workspaces? In Firefox and Chrome, I'm able to see a square in the bottom of the sidebar that says "Drop Files Here" when I drag it over the sidebar.

i figured it out, i had to move the downloaded files to my pictures folder first, and then upload them. so weird, maybe bc thats the way to unzip them?

Hi John,

Also try using the options in the menu bar to upload them.

thanks for the reply, after i downloaded the img folder, i had to move them to my pictures folder, and then drag them over to the sidebar of workspaces. weird..... i wonder if that was how to unzip them? i dont really get what i did, but its done.

To unzip them id recommend downloading a program called winzip if your on a PC. Then just right click and unzip.

There is no need to download Winzip. It costs $30 to use and is only available for Windows platforms. Download 7zip or go to Sourceforge and download here: 7zip: Sourceforge. 7zip is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, it's much quicker to use, has tons of support for various archival types, and is totally free. I've been using 7zip for years.

When l downloaded the project file from this link (download the "normalize.css" file here) it only opened on the Dreamweaver application stored in my system, I then had to open a new folder on my practical workspace , I copied and paste the content from Dreamweaver to my workspace

You have to extract the folder first then drag selected files to the workspace for it to work
