The speaker teaching topics going too far, I can't catch up all topics at one time. Would it be possible to teach one

The speaker teaching topics going too far, I can't swallow them all at one time. Would it be possible to break down one or two topic at one task/time. Also, I can't stop the speaker when I need to stop the lesson, or just turn it off without saving it? Is there any schedule for study the topic so that I can work out the average time I can spend on the course each week ?

I've been there too. Don't watch too many videos a day, its quite a lot to take in. I did the same thing, big mistake for me; I constantly had to revisit the videos if I want to do something. Luckily, Treehouse does give you specific tasks for each day. For example, if you go to the Treehouse home page, you might (if not, check back the next day) see some tasks in between the 'home' and 'in progress' tab:

Those are your tasks for the day.
