I cant find a text editor in the Mamp folder and she did not say witch text editor to use.

Python Development Techdegree Student 22,243 PointsI don't use a mac, but I think she is just asking you to open a text editor in general to either create or edit a file, and on a mac I think the default is TextEdit, so look for that and you should be heading in the right direction. There are plenty of great text editors available - I use sublime, but brackets and atom are also very popular. And if you have a problem accessing or installing a text editor, use Workspaces on Treehouse. Hope this helps.
