The Workspace button does not appear

There is no Workspace button, and when I click the tab for workspaces, it just says that I need to create one

It's normal for the "Workspaces" tab on the menu bar to only show those that have already been created (or allow you to make a new empty one).

What you probably want is the "Launch Workspace" button that appears on the right side of the video control bar (at the bottom of the video) while the video is playing. It's not visible before the video starts or after it ends.

If you don't see it while the video is playing you might need to talk to the Support folks.

That button didn't appear. What worked eventually was within the "workspaces" tab beneath the video, I could click on the text that said "create workspace" within the sentence. Not very clear, but it worked. Thanks anyway!!

It's good there's a back-up. You still might want to see what the Support staff says about the regular button.
