The workspace enviroment doesn't work. I done everything exactly the same as the lecturer and it didn't work.

When I downloaded the workspace it worked fine

Hi Andrew! Whenever you ask something in the forums, try to add everything that would come in handy for other to help you out... in this case you could paste your code, a snapshot of your workspace or something like that :)!

Cheers!

Welcome to Treehouse!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Workspaces. Since the code worked when you downloaded it, it sounds like it may be a preview issue. Occasionally the preview doesn't update changes from your Workspace properly. There are a couple of things you can try to fix the problem.

  1. Refresh your browser preview window.
  2. Save your workspace, then close out of it completely and reopen it.
  3. Clear your browser cache. This can usually be found under a 'History' type menu.

If none of that works for you, and you're sure the code is running as expected with no errors, you can contact support directly at help@teamtreehouse.com for assistance.
