There are two files: a web page, index.html, and a JavaScript file, shout.js. To run any programming in the shout.js fil

Facing problems with this any help ?

There seems to be a few issues:

  • there are 3 sets of script tags, only the second one (with src attribute inside the body) should be there
  • the closing tag (of that set) is spelled "scripts" instead of "script"
  • the JavaScript code should be placed in the other file (on the other tab)
  • the message should be 'I DID IT!'

Odd. When I try that it says "Bummer! You didn't call the alert() function inside the shout.js file." — which is exactly what I would expect.
