There is no 'owner' field to fill out in the GitHub section. Has there been an update?

Has there been an update where Jenkins is not allowing us to fill out the owner section?

In the latest version of Jenkins, you have to select "Repository Scan - Deprecated Visualization" - then you can follow the rest of the tutorial.
