this is an array of double value, why is has string? ("lap3") is this wrong question?

:point_right: It's not a string.

The final task of the challenge is: "Set lap3 to the value in the third item of the finalLapTimes array."

There are no quotes around lap3. It's just a variable name, not a string.

thank you, i thought the challenge told us to put string "lap3" into the array, and it was wrong.
