Why would I replace my ::before in the footer with my @mixin skewed { &::after} rule? Is this a bug in the video?

This is not a bug, since Guil is using them being absolutely positioned the before
pseudo element will behave exactly the same as an after
pseudo element. Other than the change in the CSS code this won't affect the styling of the actual webpage 🙂
