This isn't checking my work correctly

It says I'm failing this code challenge even though I am transitioning both the background and color for the content class

style.css
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */

.content {
  color: #373737;
  background: #fff;
  transition-property: color, background;
  transition-duration: 0.4s;
}

.invert:checked ~ .content {

You're adding more properties than it's asking for. If you remove everything but transition-property you'll be able to move on.

/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */

.content {
  transition-property: color, background;
}

.invert:checked ~ .content {
    color: #fff;
    background: #373737;
}
