This tutorial focused on getting Wordpress running locally using MAMP on a Mac but did not give instructions for PC/XAMP

Trying to understand the steps of getting Wordpress running locally using PC/XAMP. This tutorial only did the walkthrough for how to do it on MAMP/Mac.

Hi James,

There are plenty of resources on Google that can help with your question, the best one I found was the below but I do agree that some form of quick overview should be included as not everyone does have a Mac.
