this video does not match recent wordpress download

At 1:31 in this video the directory Zac Gordon is in doesn't match anything anywhere in my wordpress directory and I can't find a page.php file that looks anything like the one he pulled up.

He created those in an earlier video. The files are also in the project files available below the video. The "wpportfolio" folder is at wordpress/wp-content/themes/wpportfolio/ in the zip file.
