This video is incomplete in that parts of the audio is missing so you do not hear what the instructor is saying.

I believe you are correct that this is an issue on my end. I did refresh at the time but that did not help. However, when I did a system restart, I did not seem to have this problem anymore. So some other resource must have been involved.
