This works perfectly in my playground, don't know what's wrong here. If you can see it let me know.

Not sure what I've done wrong. The result Variable it supposed to be "Tom" and it is telling me I've inputed the wrong string into my result.

tuples.swift 
func greeting(#person: String) -> (language:String, greeting:String) {
    let language = "English"
    let greeting = "Hello \(person)"

    return (language,greeting)
}


var result = greeting (person: "Tom")

Your code is perfectly alright!

In the assignment, however, you are asked to return greeting first. Swap the return values in the tuple and adjust the return statement accordingly:

func greeting(#person: String) -> (greeting: String, language: String) {
    let language = "English"
    let greeting = "Hello \(person)"

    return (greeting, language)
}

var result = greeting(person: "Tom")

Although you passed the first task, code check seems to be picky when it comes to the returned tuple in the second task.
