CSS CSS Basics (2014) Basic Selectors Type Selectors

To treehouse support team my CSS basic is not working as it should.

Next, create a new type selector that targets the header element. Set the background color to orange and the text color to white.

Maybe its me?

but looks like it doesnt recognize the "color" property, every time i type "text color" it under lines it.

Hi,

To change the color of text using CSS you use the color property, not text-color. For example:

p {
   color: white;
}

No worries!

Basically, color is all you need, not text-color. Try it with just 'color' and see if that works out for ya! :)
