To use strong and secure password, you have to note it by yourself? and search the password set from the internet?

I saw in the vid using the long set of password searched from the internet and that means next time I wanna log in, I have to use that set?

Is it ok if I just stick with normal password with alphabet and number? or do I have to find the more secure and complicated set of password to make it safe?

Password generators are a great way to create a strong rated password, of course those are generally difficult to memorize so you would have to store it somewhere safe. The problem is that a lot of people don't setup strong rated passwords for themselves which can create a security risk down the road. It's always up to you what you want your password to be, but it is strongly suggested that you have a difficult one for your own security.
