Tool for commenting on website designs?

I'm looking for a tool where team members can annotate and make comments on various website prototypes. I'm aware of online project management tools like Trello and Basecamp, but I was looking for an tool that is specifically geared towards sharing websites where team members can comment on them, make annotations (e.g., arrows). Ideally, I'm trying to avoid saving pages as individual .pdfs or .psds and then emailing them as attachments with comments. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Check out slack. Seems very popular as a company collaboration tool. It has tons of addons, bots, etc. One of those might be what you're looking for.

Thanks. Will do.
