Training videos won't play...

When I click play it only shows me a spinning arrow trying to load the content. Am I missing your video software and need to download something?

The spinning arrow should finish after the video has loaded and It should just play.

What browser do you use to access the internet (internet explorer, chrome, firefox, safari e.t.c)? I would recommend trying in Google Chrome

Sometimes if your on a slow connection it can take a while.

Thanks David! I was thinking the same thing in regards to using Chrome instead of EI. I will try that.
