trouble after install of MySQL Installer 5.7.10

The MySQL program isn't opening like in the video at starting at 9:10. It doesn't open, it is just a compressed file with a whole bunch of file folders. I don't know which file/folder to open for the program--there are so many.

Here is the name of the file I downloaded : mysql-5.7.10-winx64

I tried downloading it again but nothing changed...my computer does have a x64 bit processor.

Ok nevermind, I fixed it, I downloaded the wrong thing. I needed to download from a different page on My Sql. Needed to download MySQL Installer 5.7.10
