Unable to create a 'new folder' in Workspace, please fix!

Its a known issue. Just simply create a new folder on your desktop called css, download the normalize file, drag into css file you just created and upload the folder to the workspace. That way you have ur css folder and nomalize file nested inside. Hope this helps.

Had the same problem. I just exited the workspace, and re-launched it. It worked for me! Good luck!
