Unable to get my logo to center - SOLVED

Hi, I've watched this video a couple times and compared my code to Nick's code and I can't figure our where I'm going wrong. My logo won't center, and "id logo" appears at the top of my webpage, so I know something is off.

Here's my html: https://w.trhou.se/qvl4r19zkp And my css: https://w.trhou.se/motnlsy5ad

Thanks for your help

Yea change it to

<a href="index.html" id="logo">

   <a href="index.html"> id="logo">

Is the a href supposed to have the id "logo"? If that's the case, then there should only be white space between it and the link.

You may be spelling center wrong in your CSS, the USA and the UK spelling are different.

center and centre (the last 2 words swap depending on the version of English)
