uninstall

Now that I installed all (and it works) can you please specify how to uninstall all

Yes, Ruby and Rails. I also installed VirtualBox and there was VM (something like this). I know that Ruby can be started from Terminal - I now have the latest version. But I also installed some addtional software that I would like to remove.

Since I don't know exactly what software you want to remove, what versions are installed, what system you're on and what your system setup is, I suggest googling out the specific name of the software you want removed with the "uninstall" keyword and your operating system specified. I'm sure there are sources that will help you.
