Update the sql statement so that the server doesnt error if it already exists. Thiese are the instruction.

CREATE DATABASE movie_db; CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS movie_db;

create_db.sql 
CREATE DATABASE movie_db;
CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS movie_db;

You can delete the first line. The second line will only create the database if it doesn't exist.
