Uploading Image not working

I have set everything up just like the tutorial but I cannot uplaod an image ie the art colors? evey time I click update the image disappears and says no image selected?

I haven't gotten to that video yet in this track... but I can tell you from experience in working with Wordpress. I've seen that bug before. My first question would be is your server running Linux or Windows? If it's running Windows and IIS, there is some special configuration that needs to occur with permalinks.

I would also check your permalink settings. If they were changed, it can also create this issue.
