uploadiong zip file on PC

I'm having a hard time uploading the stupid img file. I've never had trouble uploading file. everytime i try it forces me to upload the .zip file and i can not get into the file to download them. I was able to open the zip file but when i tried to 'drag n drop' nothing showed up.

Hi Carolyn,

If you're using windows os you can just right click on the zip file then select "Extract...". Then you can drag and drop the images on to the workspace.
