"uri is not registered" in activity_main.xml

i have downloaded and imported project in android studio,now i am getting "uri is not registered" in activity_main.xml

please help.

i am getting URI is not registered ( Setting | Project Settings | Schemas and DTDs )

on the folllowing 2 lines
