URI or URL?

On this (Sending Data with a GET Request) video Chris Ramacciotti on HTTP basics talk about URI but the translation is URL Is it URI or URL whatś the difference between them?

This link provides a good explanation: here but in summary, a URI identifies a resource and a URL is a specific type of URI that tells you where something is located. In most cases, though the terms are used interchangeably.
