Use input() to ask the user if they want to start the movie. If they answer anything other than "n" or "N", print "Enjo

on my code i do not need return? if yes, why is that?

Generally you only use return when you have a value to return with it. So because you are not returning any values you can simply do this:

start = input ("Start the movie? Y/n").lower()
if start != 'n':
    print("Enjoy the show!")
else:
    sys.exit()
