Using bootstrap version 3.3.6 Don't have bootstrap.min.css. Only bootstrap.min and bootstrap-theme.min.

Going to to try bootstrap.min

Did that work for you?

I'm working with Bootstrap 3.3.6 right now and it should include the proper file.

The CSS you need is locoated in the CSS file of the downloaded Bootstrap dist folder. It shows up as bootstrap.min but it should be a CSS file and needs to be referenced in your theme function as bootstrap.min.css.

Good luck. :-)
